90-Day Roadmap
- Days 0–30: Foundation & Compliance – form board, file articles, adopt bylaws, open bank account.
- Days 31–60: Programs & Partnerships – design legal aid scope, sign MOUs, set survivor protocols.
- Days 61–90: Launch & Measure – pilot survivor cases, host community workshops, launch hotline & dashboard.
